Each participant will be assigned to a small group of 5-6 participants and 1-2 co-facilitators to apply plenary concepts to their leadership challenges and goals. During this small group session, participants will introduce themselves, introduce their leadership challenge or goal, and address the issue of defender indepenedence in their jurisdictions.
